Barnard gets extended trial with Stags

Barnard was hoping for a move to Scotland with Kilmarnock earlier this month but despite impressing failed to see any deal come to light.

Now back in England Barnard is on trial at Field Mill and Keith Curle is keen to have another look at the Welsh international.

"I will be extending the trial period of Barnard to allow me and Ganns to have another look at him on Saturday when we play Bath City," Curle told the Stags website.
