Boulding is keen to dismiss speculation linking him away from the club and denied knowledge of any planned move.
"I don't know anything about going to another club," he told the Grimsby Telegraph.
"There is always going to be speculation, it is part and parcel of football.
"The talk doesn't really bother me."
