Simon Francis: Got Ya!
Former Bradford City defender Simon Francis has signed a 1 month loan deal with Grimsby Town. Francis can play in defence or in midfield and may cover midfield dinamo Jean-Paul Kamudimba-Kalala who is going to be on International duty with DR Congo in the coming month.

Simon will not be eligible for the clubs game in the Carling Cup with Newcastle United, as he was involved in Sheff Utd's 0-0 draw with Shrewsbury Town in round 2, and therefore is cup tied. Francis has made 13 apperances for United since turning down Sunderland to move from Bradford in March 2004.

He cost Neil Warnock £200,000 and is described as a talented player with bags of potential, he netted up to 50 apperances for Bradford as a teenager.
