Iffy Onuora.....LEGEND!
A few days ago ex Mariner Paul Trollope took part time charge of Leagye Two Bristol Rovers, and now former flop Iffy Onuora has been given the caretaker manager job at Swindon Town.

Onuora has progressed as the clubs Youth team manager to first team coach and now caretaker manager in just under a year, after starting last season of as a Player/Coach with Paul Merson at Walsall, but a few months into the season, Onuora hung his boots up and joined Swindon's non-playing staff.

Iffy played for Grimsby in the 2003/2004 season originally on loan from Sheffield United, before permanently signing on a free transfer. He made 22 apperances for The Mariners and scored 3 times, he was blasted quite a lot by the fans for being, lazy, slow, past-it and a waste of space, and it was certainly clear we did not have the same Onuora that Swindon and Gillingham were treated two in previous years.

Some fans took him to there hearts and used him as a comical figure, and enjoyed his shocking displays, especially Simon Needham and co.

GTM wish Iffy all the best in his current role.
