Kamudimba-Kalala Called Up For Qualifier!

Spurs game hero Jean-Paul Kamudimba Kalala has been called up to the Democratic Republic Of Congo International team for there crucial World Cup Qualifier against South Africa at the weekend.

Congo boss Claude Le Roy mentioned he would recall Jean-Paul back up to the squad after his impressive start to the season with Grimsby. Le Roy even rang him up on the same night as he scored the wonder goal to knock Tottenham Hotspur out of the Carling Cup.

Jean-Paul has not been in the Congo squad since the African Nations Cup in 2004, and that was when he was with top French side Nice. Kalala will miss the crucial league game with Wycombe Wanderers on friday night, and this means Ciaran Toner, Terry Barwick and Gary Cohen will battle the starting places out to start next to Paul Bolland, Simon Francis and Andy Parkinson.
