After the 2-2 draw at the weekend with Notts County, Town manager Russell Slade unfairly blasted French midfielder Thomas Pinault live on radio, Pinault was quite poor in the game after replacing Stacy Coldicott on 49 minutes.

However this season there is not a single player in the side who has gone without a bad game. Pinault has been one of the more stronger mercenaries in the Town side this season and has been very popular amongst all supporters despite being in the middle of the club's worst season in over 20 years.

It has been clearly made to us that Russell Slade does not know entirely what he is doing at Blundell Park. The gaffer has brought some talented players into the side, despite this he seems to have no tactical footballing brain and this fault may have caused the club a possible promotion this season.

His unprovoked attack on Pinault has left fans angry, and many believe that players such as Ronnie Bull, Anthony Williams and Terry Fleming should of been singled out as all 3 have been named by Town fans as underacheivers this season.

Pinault has made very few mistakes this season and did in no way deserve

this public humiliation by clueless clown Slade. Hopefully I am speaking for the majority of Town supporters by saying that Pinault is a valued player and the fans have a lot of time for him, unlike Slade who has yet again lost points in his battle against the fans, as he becomes even more despised.

GT MAD urges all Town fans and even SUFC followers to make it known that Pinault is a wanted man by the fans, and hopefully Slade will realise this and think again before opening his big mouth unfairly on local radio. If Thomas read's this article GT MAD would like him to know we are 100% behind him!
