Law: It's an improvement

Town lost their first half lead to come away with a point in a dull game against play-off chasing Bournemouth.

Whilst Law was disappointed with the goal conceded, he couldn't fault the battle his players put up.

"We knew that we would never be able to go out there and match them for their passing game. I’m very disappointed with the goal that we have given away though," Law told MarinersNet
"It’s an improvement on last week, especially when you look at the amount of changes in there. The new lads have come in and done very well, but you just have to look at our bench. There isn’t a lot of options on the bench."

Law also had praise for newboy Paul Warhurst and returning goalscorer Jonny Rowan.

"He’s organised everybody at the back there. He never looked in trouble at all. He was unfortunate to score an own goal, but it was what went on down the left hand side that was disappointing," he said of Warhurst.
Speaking of Rowan: "I thought he did very, very well. He has done all that we have asked of him. I thought he was very lively when we did have possession and he worked hard when we didn’t have the ball. I thought he perhaps could have done better when Jevons was at the back stick unmarked and he’s put it behind him. But overall he’s done well."
