Palmer: Hoping To Be A Mariner!
Stoke City youngster Jermaine Palmer is talking to the club about a possible move after appearing and impressing coaches in two trial periods. The striker also played a part in the clubs Pontins Holiday's Reserve Cup Quarter Final loss against Manchester United. Palmer partnered David Soames up front and both had close chances in the game.

Palmer has had a fantastic season after starting the term of in the Stoke U19 youth squad before his goals and write up's earnt him promotion to the reserves at the Britania Stadium. Palmer continued his form and was moved into the first team where he made a couple of apperances for the club in there Coca Cola Championship campaign.

He is told to be more of a target player, and is quick, but without be lightning quick. He is clever and can score goals, there is a lot to come from Palmer, lets hope he will be wearing a black and white shirt when we see it.
