You Have 24 Hours Left Crowey!

Jason Crowe will only have 24 hours to inform manager Russell Slade whether he wants to play for Grimsby Town next season or not. The Official Website Player Of The Year, has left the club thinking, after neither accepting or rejecting a further year at Blundell Park.

Crowe was a shock signing from Portsmouth in July 2003, and the player ditched Premiership bound Portsmouth, where he was not guranteed any more regular football, to play for just relegated Grimsby.

However it is unlikely Crowe will shock Town again by signing back up for a third season, he looks set to join released duo Thomas Pinault and Terry Fleming out the door.

Meanwhile Slade is also hoping to speak to Stacy Coldicott and Anthony Williams this week, and also hopes to sign two new midfielders in the next few days, one of them who has been a League One regular last season.
